Hi Earl,
No it hasn't been resolved, I don't know what else to do. I spent 3 hours with MOCA and everything is correct...the conversation finished with the following:
Thank you for patiently waiting I successfully refreshed the file please give it an hour or 2 to sync in then rest assured you will be able to add your employees in your MYOB Team, I will provide you a case number so in the event that you will still need assistance just jump back to chat or call us at 1300 555 123 but i don't think you will still need assistance as the file is now syncing.
It's been 6 hours and no change, there is still no add employee button, and I am exhausted by it, any other suggestions? Will it be another hour on hold if I call the number?
