You’re right to be concerned given the incorrect tax table warning and have raised a fair point around who can access their personal info. The good news is we do have a workaround specifically for the incorrect tax tables which you can follow here. For onboarding details, MYOB supports employee onboarding and information requests through Flare, so if you need the onboarding PDFs for those team members, Flare’s support team can securely share them with you. You can also make self‑onboarding optional if you’d like a bit more control over the process by going to:
- Setup
- General payroll information
- Invite employees to self‑onboard, then set it to: Optional, ask me every time
