Afternoon All,
MYOB has deleted Media Super from their Superfunds. The merger is not happening until 11th April. MYOB would you please reinstate immediately so we can submit SG payments for our employees. More care should be taken by such a large software provider.

Merges happen quite often, and It is not unusual for funds to be removed from our active fund list whilst they prepare for a merge. This ensures employers do not encounter further issues with their super payments - being rejected, returned, etc. And as noted on their website - "Due to the planned merger with Cbus on 9 April 2022, a Limited Services Period (LSP) will apply as we transfer your data to your new account in the merged fund".
If you have any further queries on this, I would advise speaking to the fund directly for more information.

Thank you Sam. We have spoken directly with Media Super today. I have copied their reply below. Be assured I will be passing on MYOB's stance to Media Super.
They said it should be working.

Media Super said they stop processing from 4th-11th April but everything functioning as normal at the mo.
This is indeed interesting. Perhaps MYOB should contact the two funds merging before they shut off accepting contributions.

Apologies, I may be able to shed a better light on this for you.
MediaSuper was removed from our active fund list on the 29th of March, and with super payments usually taking 3-5 business days to process, the fund was removed 5 business days before MediaSuper stopped accepting payments (4th April). So, with processing times taken into account, this will ensure employers do not run into further complications like returns, rejections, etc if they tried to make a payment during this time.

For the benefit for whoever meets the same trouble as me. I post my current solutions to share:
I have reversed (you cannot delete) the original super payment.
Reprocessed it and unselcted Media group.
I am going to add the new USI (75493363262002) to the employee card on 12/04. YOU CANNOT DO IT NOW. It is still not on MYOB Superfund list.
And process a special super payment on 12/04.
From yesterday found the error to now, it took me 5 hours to sort all this out.
I have called MYOB hotline, after 40 mins waiting, someone took my ID and put me to "Payroll". After another hour, after I half hour delayed finishing my work, there was no one answer my phone. They still said my waiting time is 50 min. I gave up and went home.
I used online chat when I was waiting on the phone. There is someone replied, but no much help at all. They suggested me to change super name, my question is to change into what and with which USI. No answer.
I used MYOB community, with great help from BronwynHamster. Thank you very much!!

But in the future, would it be better that MYOB inform the users they have removed something which would affect the payment in advance?
I agree with Sam, Merge happens. I understand why MYOB removed Media group.
But how about give us a better instruction and share the information among MYOB customers service team? So you can save not only my time but also MYOB staff time too.
