Journal entries

Hi MYOB Team,

 

Cannot seem to record recurring journal entries. see error message snip below.

 

This has happened after we updated to the latest version 2022.7

 

New journal entries records fine.

 

Please advice.

  • This is also happening to me.  The recurring journal transaction won't save without that error, but I could enter it from new and it worked.  Very frustrating.

    Thanks for your post. This was an issue in 2022.7 which has now been resolved in 2022.7.1 which was released last night. 

     

    To check you're using 2022.7.1 go to Help>>About MYOB AccountRight and confirm the Build shows 2022.7.24.7058.

        Hi kjm 

         

        I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing this, the patch has resolved this for most users. Can you try recreating one of those recurring journals and check if that solves the issue for you. If it doesn't can you try uninstalling and reinstalling AccountRight.
