Yes, recreating the pay run can affect YTD figures. Generally, the right fix depends on what needs correcting. The usual fix we recommend is to either adjust the super in the employee’s next pay, or process a $0 adjustment pay and enter the super amounts only, with all other payroll categories set to zero.
However, if these amounts relate to a June quarter SGC obligation, please check with your accountant or the ATO first to avoid further issues with reporting their super contributions.

this is entirely about getting 1st & 8th July to be recognised by MYOB as presently un-remitted so that they can be remitted through the Pay Super function. Strictly speaking, the VALUES have been remitted but since ATO applied to the June liability, which is now finalised via SGC Statement, I need the amounts back in the Pay Super screen, as owing for July.
You mention the usual fix is processing a $0 adjustment pay with only the super amounts entered: won't this double-up or inflate super with regards this 2026-2027 year against QE? Thanks in advance for the additional clarity.

Thanks for the follow-up question. In this case, I’d recommend checking with your accountant to decide the best way to handle it, as reprocessing or making an adjustment could end up double-counting your super contributions.
