Leave in Advance
we are now getting requests for leave in advance - created new payroll category but when we create the pays it does not deduct from the annual leave report. is there a process for this payment?

When you go into process pays and set up your payrun there is a box to tick to pay leave in advance
You don't need to set up a payroll category for it
