Leave Loading Error Warning

I am trying to process a pay and I am entering Annual Leave Loading and I am getting an error message (Paying this leave will result in a negative leave balance). I have been using MYOB for 9 years and not had this issue before. Did MYOB change something at EOFY?? I have not chaged any settings and checked all linked categories etc & all looks normal. Whats going on?

    Thank you for your post. We are aware of this known issue and this is being investigated by our developers.

     

    In this matter, this error message is being displayed incorrectly, and underlying figures will be correct. If you proceed with the payment the employee's figures will be updated correctly, and they will have their correct balance in their pay slip. After processing the pay, employee's card file and payroll reports will show the correct figures. 

     

    As long as the employee has enough leave to cover the amount of leave being taken, the warning message can be safely ignored.
