Could you please confirm if both the Entitlement (Detail) report and Entitlement (Summary) report are producing the same balance?
Additionally, can you please confirm that both reports are being run Year-to-Date?
Hi,
The report selection doesn't have a year to date. I have dated the report 01.07.22 to 01.11.22.
The Detail and summary reports have the same totals for the selected dates.

Apologies, 01/7/22 to 01/11/22 is what I meant by year-to-date. Thanks for confirming that.
Could you advise if this employee has been terminated during this payroll year, and then returned? i.e. termination date entered into their card, then removed?
Furthermore, could you please advise what version/build of AccountRight you use? (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

Hi,
I am using AccountRight V2022.9 plus.
The employee had not been terminated and returned when the problem occured. Due to the lack of response from your term I have since terminated him and re instated him to see if that would help but it has not. It did no fix the problem.

Thanks for letting me know.
Entering a termination date into the employee card, then removing it does cause another issue regarding the employee's entitlement balance, and may need to be sent in for repair so we can resolve that issue first.
Can you please advise if doing that has resulted in another total now appearing in the employee's card and entitlement reports, or have the totals remained the same?
