Long Service Leave Accrual Rate
Just wonder how I get the weekly accrual rate for Long Service Leave so I can add it to MYOB. Someone told me that it is .667hr per week for a 40hour week.

Long service leave is calculated differently by award and state
SO once you determine what the leave entitlement is you can do the calculation
for example
After 10 years you receive 8 weeks leave
if you work 40 hours that is 320 hours (8x 40 =320)
if you work 38 hours 304 hours
if you work 36 hours that is 288 hours
So to calculate
320hours over 10 years @ 40 hours a week
320/10/52 =.61538 hrs a weekly pay
304/10/52 = .5846 hrs a weekly pay
288/10/52 = .5538 hrs per pay
