LSL Pay advice
I have noticed since July 2024 on Payroll that employee's LSL entitlement is not showing on their Pay Advices each week. The box is ticked to show on pay advice and it always did prior to 1 July 202...

There are several reasons why an entitlement might not appear on a pay slip. Another factor to consider is that if the employee has no accrued hours YTD, they will not appear on the payslip. Next, check the employee’s card file to ensure that accrued hours YTD are correctly recorded. Additionally, review the payroll transactions to confirm that the entitlement is accruing as expected. If it’s not accruing when it should, check the entitlement settings by navigating to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements, and then selecting the relevant entitlement. Make sure the calculation basis is set correctly for your employees. For more details, please refer to this help article.
