Missing Employee Details PDF

Hi there HayB,

 

You can get a PDF version of the details submitted that can be printed or saved by following the steps below.

• Go to the Card File command centre > Cards List > Employee tab.
• Click the blue zoom arrow to open the new employee's card.
• Click the Payroll Details tab.
• Click View PDF. The PDF opens in your default PDF viewer where you can print or save it. Take note that a PDF can only be generated for employees who self-onboarded after May 2022.

Since the "View PDF" button is not showing up on the payroll details from the employee card file using AccountRight desktop, please try logging in using the browser version of AccountRight. This often resolves the issue, and you should be able to see the "View PDF" button there. Just go to Payroll > Employees, then select the employee name > Contact details tab > View employee details. If you still encounter issues, please reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
