Missing Employee Self-Onboarding PDF

Hi MYOB   We onboarded a new employee in AccountRight and his status is showing "Completed".   However, we are unable to access the self-onboarding PDF? I've checked for the "View PDF" button in ...

Thanks for raising this.

Could you please send me a private message, by hovering over my profile photo and choosing send message, with your MYOB serial number and the first name of the employee and I will ask my development team to have a look.

 

If you have more than 1 file associated to the serial number, please let me know which business it's for.
