MYOB AccountRight employee card file wont open

    Hi PJC 

    Can you plese try opening the card now and if it still doesn't work, please attach the diagnostic log, it can be attached via the forum.

Hi PJC 

Can you please attach a screenshot of the error you're getting ? If you click on the View error details, there should be a diagnostic log generated with the details.

Please find attached. Do you want a copy of the diagnostic report (can this be done over this forum)?
