MYOB crashing when importing Time Sheets

I imported timesheets but the hours did not show in MYOB. 

I have then tried to import a sample again and now MYOB freezes and the crashes.

 

We have 2 Company files, and it has happened to both.

    Hi Earl.

    I've done this, used different computers and reloaded the files but no luck. 

    I will contact support.

    That's a tricky one! When this happens, it would be best to clear your AccountRight cache and then attempt the import again. If the issue remains the same, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach our Live Chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
