MYOB not calculating PAYG automatically on Termination Pay

Hi Team,   Could you please help me fix the issue why MYOB is not calculating correct PAYG in termination pay? It does not calculate 32% marginal tax automatically and I have to fix it manually.  ...

Thank you for your response.

 

I have read the article already and PAYG is not exempted as well. I have checked all the payroll category. what can be the other reason?

 

Please advise.

Hi Suzi3,

 

Thanks for getting back to me! Another thing to check is whether you set up the termination payroll category correctly. Make sure you’ve added an ETP tax-withheld deduction. This article has all the details on setting up termination, and it’s pretty much the same for both the browser and AccountRight desktop versions.
