Hi there Loftycr,
Since you're having trouble with the new version of Outlook not working with AccountRight, it could be due to compatibility issues. Other users have also reported problems with sending invoices, pay slips, and other documents after updating to the new Outlook in Microsoft 365. Reverting to the original version of Outlook has been found to resolve these issues. You can check this post from other user with similar issue.

Hi Doreen, This is not an acceptable workaround into the future. The old outlook is becoming slower and slower to use and 'bogs down' PC's from being able to work effectively. This is a push to move everyone onto the 'new outlook' by Microsoft as they are planning to decommission the old outlook. Are MYOB working with Microsoft to fix this issue? Our MYOB fees are increasing yet we are loosing prime functionality. Hoping to hear there is something new on the way. Cheers Lofty
