MYOB PAYROLL

I am a BAS Agent.  My client is using MYOB on the desktop and has had a problem with their payroll not processing the STP lodgement.  I have just accessed their Browser data file and it is now saying...

Apologies for the delayed response. The issue you're experiencing might be due to a migration or a change in the payroll reporting product you're using. To address this, you'll need to set up your Single Touch Payroll (STP) and ensure your BMS and Software ID are correctly configured in your MYOB software.
