MYOB Super Clearing House

HI, We have been advised by the ATO that we have not paid the Super for some employees. OUr records show we paid the MYOB clearing house, and we have nothing returned, or any notificaitons of any issues.

Is there a way to find out when our payments were made the the funds from the clearing house and to the Super funds. We need to provide this to ensurewe aren't fined.

Aby or guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you

    Hi DH2,

I hear your concern it's super important to make sure everything's squared away with super payments. To get to the bottom of this and grab a copy of your super payments, send an email to our MYOB Pay Super team at paysuper@myob.com. They'll be able to dig into the records further and provide the details you need.

    Cheers,

    Shella

    Hello Shella

Regarding the MYOB Clearing House is there a report we can expect that indicates when the funds were forwarded and accepted by the funds. As you will be aware it is necessary to clear the June payment to the super funds before the EOFY to be able to claim the expense in the current FY. The money has been extracted from our bank account prior to the EOFY, but I need to know when the funds were received by the employees' super funds.

    Thanks

    Michelle

    Hi MichelleS_ECO,

That's a great question! There isn’t a specific report available that shows those acceptance dates, the only report available focuses on the total amount of funds.

    Earl

    Hi Earl

I agree it's a great question and one that MYOB should be able to answer quite easily. The report that you mention is not sufficient evidence of exactly when the funds were cleared as required by the ATO in order for the expense to be claimed in the current FY.

I have contacted the email address suggested above, I'm hoping that they will answer my question. But all in all, it's a fair bit of running around for a fairly simple report that MYOB clearing house should provide to us. By the way other clearing houses provide such details.

    Regards

    Michelle
