    Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

     

    When setting up MYOB Team, there are things that we need to check so that the Clock on and Clock off will show up from the Time capture type. To check it, go to Setup > Click Preferences > Go to System tab > Tick the I Use Timesheets for [...] and My Week Starts on [...] > From the I Use Timesheets for, please select Payroll from the dropdown then set when your week starts on from My Week Starts on. Once done, hit OK. You may also check The Help Article Getting started with MYOB Team for further information.

        Thanks for your post.

         

        If you are using MYOB Business, regardless of whether the timesheet preference is ticked or not, you should still have the other option for time capture type. With this, we recommend clearing your browser cache, use different browser, and log out and then log back in to your account and try to create a location to see if other time capture type options will show up now. You may also check the Help Article: Getting started with MYOB Team for further information regarding your concern.
