Thank you for the post. I'll be glad to help you with this. If this happens, please ask employees to submit only timesheets without activity and jobs from the mobile app.

But this does not fix the reason we started using the app.
We want to have the information put in the timesheets to stop so much time consuming entry and chasing of where they worked especially when they are on more than 1 job per day.Makes the app useless.
Like the original poster of this problem, I am also having this problem and wondering why this is the solution. Is there a problem with this? Should this work and just isn't working for some? Is this going to be fixed? Getting staff to re-do this because it just won't work with that information included is driving me crazy. This app seems so close but so far away
