I agree 100%! Just had a situation where someone changed their tax type without my knowing and then got an email from the ATO telling me I was not taxing them correctly.

There absolutely should be an option not to use this function as it takes the control away from the Employer.

I totally agree 100 % and this also creates confusion when employees receive an invite that is not required or necessary
