Need to adjust super since July 2021

    Hi Atom12 

     

    You can report those adjustment pays through STP. When you process the next normal pay the updated YTD amounts will be sent to the ATO.

Hi Tracy,

 

I understand Super is calculated on monthly basis, which means when I make superannuation adjustment entries I need to record on the last day of each month, isn't it?

 

In this case, I need to make 7 adjustments ( jul-feb22) using ''Process Payroll'' function. When I process these 7 adjustments do I need to report ATO (connecting reporting centre) or skip the process. Because when I do next normal payrun it'll automatically adjusted YTD amount anyway.

 

We use single touch payroll system. But we don't pay super using "Pay superannuation" function. He uses House clearing.
