Hi Amankaur,
I understand your concern about accessing year-to-date (YTD) figures for the previous financial year and making adjustments for terminated employees. However, it's important to note that MYOB typically allows access to payroll years for the previous year (23/24) and the current year (24/25) from the STP EOFY screen. It would be best to manually change the pay history directly from the ATO.
Feel free to get in touch if you need more help.
Cheers,
Princess
Hi Princess_R
I understand that I can access Previous financial year payroll data from EOFY STP screen but I can only see it there - I am unable to edit any data from that screen. It only shows Employee YTD summaries .
and how do I manually ZERO terminated employee YTD via ATO ? ( As ATO previously informed that they can only Update Current Employee data based on Last pay run for the year - and we are supposed to ZERO YTD for terminated employee)
