new payroll year not available yet in STP

I have run the first pay of 2025/26 year in AccountRight, but cannot see the STP report, because the new payroll year is not an available option. I can only see 2023/24 and 2024/25 STP reports. How do I move to the new year?

    Hi Jeano,

     

    The issue with the new payroll year not showing was tied to the UTC time zone, but no worries it's all sorted now. Just reload your software, and you should be able to select the 2025/26 payroll year in the STP options.

    Hi Jeano, 

     

    The UTC used for MYOB softwares are UTC 10.
