I have been sending payslips to our employees via MYOB AccountRight software and 1 employee has not been receiving theirs for over a year now. I tried all the recommendations that MYOB Support advised until they could not advise anything else. I just came to the conclusion that the employee would just miss out on receiving their payslip (thankfully it is me and I can just print it out for myself). Then out of nowhere, today it worked and I received my payslip. Very random! Good luck with yours KylieSorensen​
