One off manual payroll

Morning,   I usually pay staff electronically, but we did a one-off manual payment this week. The staff members aren't set up to be manual only electronic - to match the pay on bank feeds do I have...

Hi watkinsfj,

 

You don’t have to delete the pay run. You can just manually match that one-off payment in your bank feeds, and you’ll be sweet. You can check article about matching bank transactions for the guide. Nothing else will get mucked up. Just line it up and move on.
