Pay Basis Keeps Changing
Why does one of my employees pay basis status keep reverting to hourly from salary every week? This does not happen to any of the other full time employees.

About your employee’s pay basis mysteriously switching back to hourly every week – that’s definitely a head-scratcher! There haven’t been any known or reported issues causing this to happen. This could have something to do with the setup on the employee card specifically. To get to the bottom of it, I’d recommend jumping onto Live Chat with our legend of a virtual assistant, MOCA.
