Hi rollingsurf,
I tested this on my end and was able to enter a dollar value for PAYG, so I just want to check if that's the issue you're running into. If so, try clearing your AccountRight cache using this link.
If it's still not working, the best bet would be to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look into it.
