To help narrow it down, could you please double check the hours set for the pay cycle in the employee card file, and also check the employee’s Standard Pay details to make sure the pay rate hasn’t been zeroed out or changed there. If both of those look correct and the pay rate is still reverting, it’d be best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look into what’s causing it.
