Morning,
I have had the same problem, we have some people on weekly and some on monthly pays.
I did the pays yesterday, the runs show up in the software and on the web page (payroll/payruns) but the STP reporting shows 0.
I was definitely connected to the web, entered my name as per usual but it didn't ask if new or updated pay run.
This is a new laptop and the first time running pays on it.
Is there a setting or something I havent clicked on?
