Pay Super - Can't verify this employee's fund

No changes to staffing or super funds - have been using this SMSF for this staff memeber for 15 months - the electronic gateway is with AUSPOST and is paid up to 03/2022

 

I have tried Re-selecting the super fund as per the support / help instructions for trouble shooting :

All other staff members super are working fine. (not SMSF's)

 

We had a change of serial number last month, we have verified our bank account for paysuper with the new serial number.

    Thank you for your post. The fund details may have become corrupt, can you please attempt to set up the SMSF fund again, once set up you will need to assign it to the employee card and process the superannuation. 

     

    You will get a warning about the name existing, just add a number or letter to the end of the name. Once this has been created please go to the employee card file > Payroll details tab > Superannuation tab, assign the new Super Fund. You should then be able to process the super.

      that worked perfectly.

      I had started to add the details as a new super fund but backed out when I received that duplication error and then posted my help request!
