When I click on Pay Super Settings all it shows is my payment limit and user roles. No other info is displayed.

You can usually find the bank account used for Pay Super in your Pay Super settings. If you can't see it there, it’s best to give the Pay Super team a shout. If you’ve switched banks and the debit didn’t come from the new one, it likely still drew from the old account. So it's best to reach out to them, you can find their email address in this link.
