Pay Super mailbox full

Well, been trying to send through a Pay Super Change of Details form and the email they tell you to send it through is bouncing back because their email box is full!

Solution, contact them by some other means, eg phone.

Been on hold for over 2 hours now - message says will be approx 1 hour and also states if you have emailed them, they are taking up to 19 days to respond! Well I can't even send my email.

MYOB, sort yourselves out!  Soooo frustrating

    Have you had any luck getting through to anyone - I'm 2hrs on hold so far. My issue is that I can't log on at all as it's stuck in back up. Total waste of a day so far.

    Yes, just over 2.5hrs they answered.  They confirmed my email has been received, even though it bounced back?? But will take up to 19 days to action and respond.

    I was lucky I could just have it on speaker and keep working, frustrating that you can't even log on!!

    The issue with the Pay Super inbox has now been fixed, so could you please try sending the Change of Details form again?

     

    If the email still bounces back after retrying, please reach out to our support team so they can help with the next step.
