Hi SamLIANG,

 

Thanks for the screenshot. That code’s from a small test deposit we send to the bank account you added when you start Pay Super. You’ll see it in the transaction details once it lands, and it can take around 2–3 business days depending on your bank. This is also covered in the Pay Super sign-up info on this link. If the code isn’t showing after that timeframe, the best next step is to reach out to our team so we can reset this for you, give us a call or jump on live chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
