Hi, I have processed a fortnightly payrun for 20/6/25 - 03/7/25 for 2 employees, however for some reason one of the employees PAYG Withheld is $20 less then what it has been since the tax change last year. There have been no changes in payrate, hours etc, all base is the same just the PAYG and only for one employee.
Any suggestions as to why this might have happened?

Thanks for the screenshot! Sometimes a wage or deduction pay item (like Base Hourly) can accidentally get set as exempt from tax. Best thing to check the wage or deduction pay items for that employee, check the Exemptions section, and make sure PAYG Withholding isn’t ticked off the list. If it’s there, just untick it and that should sort out the weird PAYG difference. See this link for reference. Give that a go and see if it lines up!
