Payroll - employee card reinstated carry over leave balance incorrect
Good afternoon A reinstated employees Carry Over has a balance and should be zero, how can i amend this error please. Kind regards JB

I have found that you can adjust the balance in the entitlement screen.
In the balance adjustment section I add in or subtract the number I need to correct the error and bring the entitlement balance to what it should be.
I also make a contact log entry to journal why I made the change.
