Payroll - Employee pay recoding in the bank register

Hi All,

 

I need to allocate my bank recons to a staff who should not have access or see anyone's pay. However if I give access to the bank register to do recons then they will see the employees pay as it posts in the bank register as individual amounts per person. 

 

Is there anyway to consolidate the payroll hitting the bank register as a single amount much like how it appears on my bank statement?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    In your bank statement, is the payroll transaction showing as one single payment or not? You can also do it through Prepare Electronic Payments which will allow you to have the payroll transactions included in one file only.
