The Card balance comes from the employee card>>Pay history. The Hours from pays comes from processed pay runs. A difference usually happens if the entitlement value has been manually changed in the employee's Pay history.
To identify the month where this may have occurred, run the Entitlement Balance (Detail) report for the current month, then progressively run the report for the previous month until the Difference shows 0.00. You can then display the employee's Pay History for that month and correct the difference.

I am very grateful that you replied my emails.
Would you kindly be able to give one-step by one-step menu showing how i can fix it? i can see the it all goes wrong in August. but where i am able to change mannually the long service leave hours and let the card balance reconcile with the Hour from Pays?
Desperate needs your help

Great to hear you worked out where the difference started. To fix this:
- Go to Card File>>Cards List>>Employee tab
- Open the employee card
- Click on Payroll Details tab
- Click on Pay History
- Select the month in Show Pay History for
- Adjust the entitlement accrual figure
