The payroll hours and amounts can be edited during Step 2 - Employee pays, once you go from Step 2 to Step 3, the pays are recorded and cannot have their hours/amounts changed.
Could you please give it another try to edit the pays during Step 2, the amount changes made are visible on screen right away. Make sure the figures are correct then hit Record to proceed to Step 3. If you are still having problems, please provide screenshots of what the numbers are before and after recording the transactions, we are happy to look into it further.
