This could be due to the employees being accidentally assigned superannuation as non-reportable. To fix this, you might need to manually find the specific employees causing the discrepancy and start troubleshooting from there. Check each individual transaction on their payroll activity report and see if it matches the individual YTD. As for the redundancy expense, it seems you can't change this in the Pay Items section. However, you might need to check how the redundancy expense was processed and set up.
