Hi djcimo,
There actually isn’t a way to include cost centres on the payroll summary report at the moment. If that’s a dealbreaker or exactly what you’re after, pop the idea up on our ideas board so the team can check it out for future updates.

You can Customise your own report by running a General Ledger report by codes
Reports.>Accounts>.General Leger detail> choose the accounts you want & run the report than you can save it under My Customised reports for future
