Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. I've had a look at the import file you attached, and am I correct that you are selecting Import type; Cards > Employee cards?
Looks like you have all the correct fields for that type of import, however you have labelled the Card ID field Activity ID.
You can either:
- Update the import template to the wording Card ID instead of Activity ID (so the automatch will recognise the field and match it)
- or you can manually match that field on the Import Assistant. For instructions on how to match fields see our Help Article: Importing data.
