Hi can someone please help? Tried to move file online and it prompt for sign in to MYOB. After signing in, it said "you don't have access to see this page". There is nothing i can do. Tried live chat but got cut off because of high volumn. I am the only user/administrator. Nothing change from my end. Please help....Thanks!

If you don't need live bank feeds or payroll, then you can stay on your offline version by stopping updates. This thread shows you how to do this:

If you do need online services but can wait a bit longer - stop the updates until you have a response that explains what to do and then you won't be locked out of your file.
