Payroll Downloads

We download our payroll from Deputy however an extra hour of base hourly rate comes up when processing the payroll.  We have tried get rid of it through the employees card file however it keeps comin...

HI diana3,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

Could you confirm if the employee's 'Standard Pay' window has been zeroed out? (Card file>Payroll details>Standard Pay).

 

Any hours that are entered in the standard pay section will be added to the pay run on top of the imported timesheet hours.
