To adjust the annual and personal leave accruals, you'll need to manually change the hours under balance adjustment on the employee's card file. You may get the difference between the current total and the desired total amount, then deduct the difference from the hours on the balance adjustment to match the desired total amount.
Annual Leave Accrual Sample Computation below:
Current Total Amount: 28.305
Desired Amount: 20.28
(current total) 28.305 less (desired total) 20.28 = 8.025
(Balance Adjustment) 29.8 less 8.025 = 21.775
The total hours on the balance adjustment should be 21.775.
