PAYROLL FAILED

Hi there, 

 

I am trying to process the payroll in AccountRight and Business Online, but I haven't been able to do it. I have a message that says "Checking pay run failed. Try again. I have done it 4 times!

 

Could you please tell me what the problem is today?

    Hi LPickering15,

     

    That "Checking pay run failed " message usually means something's stuck behind the scenes in the file, and it's not something you can fix from your end. Best bet here is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can run a quick script over your file to clear things up and get your pay run moving again.
