Yes, you can run payroll in MYOB even with multiple entities. Since each entity has its own ABN, you’ll just need to set up a separate subscription for each one so STP reporting stays spot on. You can still pay everyone from the same bank account, and process each entity’s payroll individually just like you’re doing now. In our case, we currently use AccountRight Plus for the company. Based on our requirements, we would need to purchase four MYOB subscriptions to cover the four entities for which we process payroll.
Each entity has between 6 and 12 employees, so based on the link you provided, it appears we would need four MYOB Plus subscriptions.
Could you please confirm whether my understanding is correct?
