That date error is usually caused by a saved pay run, selecting Continue or starting a New Pay Run might resolves it. However, if AccountRight crashes or you see a “Something went wrong” message in your browser while processing pays, our team can run a script to sort it out.
I checked, and it looks like your account has multiple company files. In that case, it’s best to reach us directly. Hop onto our virtual assistant MOCA to connect to our live chat, lodge a support ticket via MyAccount, or give us a quick call. Toss in the error log and your account details so we can get straight to a fix.
