Hi Ky,
Thanks for your post. There isn't a notification once the form has been completed however roughly an hour after the employee has submitted their online form, the employee card will be created for them withing your file. I have however passed this on as feedback to the team.
Until you're using STP Phase 2, you will need to continue to send TFN declarations to the ATO for new employees. More information on Employee self-onboarding is available on this help article.
