Payroll STP EOFY Verification - Browser Error

I am a partner working with a Charity,, It is unable to submit the STP EOFY Finalisation as the Browser keeps stating “Something went wrong please wait and try again later”…

All MYOB payroll data balances with the report… Section 57A benefits have been added as required…

Last year’s report was submitted successfully which included S57A benefits…

The message occurs immediately the submit button is clicked so this is not something that is happening at the ATO end….

Need investigation by MYOB as we tried different browsers with no luck

    Hi there Wallee

It sounds like you're encountering an issue while trying to submit the STP EOFY Finalisation. That "Something went wrong, please wait and try again later" message can be frustrating. One thing to check is if the total payment amount meets the ATO's minimum requirement (currently $3,773 in 2022). If it's below this threshold, that could be causing the error. Double-check the figures and ensure everything aligns with the ATO's guidelines. If everything looks good there, it might be worth trying again later or checking for any updates on the ATO's end. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

    Best regards,

    Doreen

  • All the S57A values are ok...there is no minimum .. you are referring to RFBA thresholds.

The data is in the same format as the 2022_2023 EOFY verification report. As the STP initiates from MYOB functionality and as the browser error is instantaneous, this would imply that MYOB is the cause of the error...probably from some  program update sine last year..

The ATO STP guidelines have been applied and checked.

    • All Sorted.....  The minimum does apply to both RBA and S57A.... The EOFY Finalisation was successful..
